How long is a full-day rental?
Full-day rentals are generally 9 AM–9 PM.
When will the crew set up?
Setup is usually about 1–3 hours before the event and can sometimes be up to 4 hours before, depending on the route.
How much is the deposit?
The reservation deposit is 30%.
Are prices final?
Displayed rental prices are before tax. ERS calculates the order details during checkout.
Is delivery included?
Delivery and setup are included in the normal service area. Travel or delivery fees may apply to farther locations.
What surfaces are allowed?
We do not set up inflatables on concrete, asphalt or rock. Those surfaces do not allow the inflatable to be properly secured.
What is the rain policy?
Rain checks are valid for one year.
Where do I check availability?
Use any Check Availability or Book Now button. You will be sent to Event Rental Systems for live inventory, reservations, deposits and payments.
Do you offer wet and dry rentals?
Yes. The catalog includes dry bounce houses, dry combos, wet combos and water slides. Choose the exact wet or dry product in ERS.
What should I prepare before delivery?
Measure the setup area, confirm a clear access path, remove debris and pet waste, and make sure a working power source and water hose are available when required.
